Cigarette Long Knife is a fast moving spare part, which is used on cigarette making machine for cutting filter rod, like MK8, MK9,Protos70/80/80E/90. The knives are made from  spring steel and carbide. Generally, spring steel blade is used to normal speed machine, like MK8, MK9, carbide blade is used to high speed machine, like Protos70/80/80E/90. UCUT applied  non-sparking material to manufacture the knife to meet the needs of  application. 

We involve ourselves in knife blank production and final finishing for the manufacturing of cigar cutting knife.Thus we have our quality and cost under our fully control. We check the quality in each production process of the knives, for example the sintering process and final finishing process.
