45mm Octagonal Ceramic Knife for Cloth or Leather Cutting Machine
Ceramic knives are machined from nanoscale "zirconia" material. The zirconia + alumina powder is pressed with a 300-ton weight and a mold is pressed into a knife blank, sintered at 2000 degrees Celsius, and then polished with diamond and then equipped with a handle to make a "ceramic knife".
Ceramic blade features: high hardness, high density, high temperature resistance, high toughness, clean cutting surface, good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient, insulation, no static electricity, etc.
Ceramic blade applications: metallurgical industry, carton industry, paper industry, electronics industry, plastic industry, pharmaceutical industry, sheet metal industry, rubber industry, food industry leather industry, packaging industry, printing industry, woodworking industry, textile industry, etc.
