The machine features a fully enclosed design with electrostatic spraying for its exterior and an integrated structure for the machine base. The base and bed are constructed using fixed castings. The X-axis facilitates the reciprocating movement of the workpiece on the machine bed, while the Z-axis enables the grinding head's feed motion.
The CNC control system uses the DAFOON CNC system, specifically developed for tool processing. It is known for its simplicity of operation and high machining accuracy. The system allows for flexible parameter programming, with adjustments easily made using a handheld unit prior to processing. During grinding, the system accelerates the feed rate during non-cutting movements and automatically follows the pre-set program when the grinding wheel contacts the workpiece.
The grinding head primarily uses a parallel grinding wheel with dimensions of Φ350×127×40. Different grades of grinding wheels can be selected according to the material and technical requirements of the workpiece.
The grinding head is equipped with a high-precision spindle head (SRR75) imported from Taiwan. It ensures exceptional accuracy, with a runout of ≤0.002mm even at high speeds. The grinding head spindle housing is integrally cast and CNC machined, ensuring precise alignment between the grinding head and motor. The grinding head motor is a high-efficiency 5.5KW motor from Wannan, capable of achieving a single cutting depth of up to 0.05mm per pass.
The front and rear protective covers of the grinding head are made of stainless steel, offering excellent waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention.
Workpiece clamping is handled by a powerful electromagnetic chuck, which can be quickly magnetized and demagnetized using a control switch, significantly improving clamping efficiency during production.
The grinding head uses an integrated cast spindle housing equipped with a high-precision spindle head (SRR-75) from Taiwan. After high-speed operation, the runout accuracy of the grinding head is ≤0.002mm.
The worktable is protected by stainless steel telescopic covers on both sides, which provide excellent waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning.
For angle adjustment of the grinding head, a worm gear and worm mechanism is used, allowing the desired angle to be adjusted manually using the adjustment lever. The grinding head can rotate 360 degrees in both positive and negative directions.

An integrated servo motor seat is equipped with a servo motor and a flexible coupling, ensuring no backlash during left-right reciprocating movements, retraction, or direction changes.
The main electrical cabinet is arranged neatly and logically, equipped with a heat exchanger to maintain a constant temperature environment for optimal operation.
