Disc slitting machine blades and rolling shear circular blades are mainly used in metal striping production and processing lines. The raw materials of the blades are made of high-speed cutting tool steel SKD, SLD, SKH and other precision processing. It is particularly suitable for high-speed striping operations of various cold and hot rolled steel plates, pickled plates, silicon steel plates, stainless steel, silicon steel sheets, steel strips, etc. Cutting and slitting is the most important part of the production process, so the precision of the slitting knife is very high. We use precision grinders to process the plane of the blade, which is forged, machined, heat treated, and then specially ground. Strict control is carried out to ensure that the parallelism of all finished products is within 0.003mm.
