Φ 35*Φ 18*1mm Tct Circular Saw Blade for Paper, Non-Ferrous Metal Cutting

The solid carbide circular saw blade is made of ultra-fine diamond tungsten steel material, which has good wear resistance and impact resistance. It is suitable for medium and high-speed cutting and finishing of various materials of HRC28°~48°. This integral tungsten carbide saw blade is an ideal machining tool for quenched and tempered materials. It is 2 to 3 times more than the normal service life. Generally used for good and stable working conditions, good part clamping and continuous medium-high-speed light-duty cutting.

With LCUT solid carbide circular saw blades according to DIN you achieve first-class results in slotting and cutting works. Our DIN solid carbide circular saw blades are suitable for steel > 1000 N, stainless steel, gray cast iron, aluminum, copper, copper alloy, zinc alloy, inconel, titanium, plastic and GRP/CRP. Our DIN solid carbide circular saw blades are available in diameters ranging from 12 mm to 120 mm. Due to the latest tool technology and the highest quality standards, LCUT DIN solid carbide circular saw blades achieve greatest cutting speeds. 

Our solid carbide circular saw blades according to DIN should only be used on stable and low-vibration machines (preferably milling machines). For steel machining, a particularly greasy cooling is recommended. In the case of machining of non-ferrous metals, spray lubrication can also be used. Gray cast iron and plastics can be machined dry.

If this is respected, the cutting speed can be increased up to 4 times compared to HSS DIN circular saw blades.
