Carton slotting knife is a mechanical blade used for cutting corners and slotting on carton production lines. The blade is a sawtooth type with two sides, which can make the burrs at the corners of the carton beautiful and not easy to break. The blade is forged with high-speed steel, heat treated at high temperature, and carefully made to achieve excellent blade life. The blade is arc-shaped and is divided into several types such as 60 degrees, 90 degrees, and 120 degrees. It can be installed and used according to product requirements.

Product Features

The folding edge of a carton is cut by a slotting knife. The slotting knife is composed of an upper knife (upper front knife, upper rear knife, connecting knife, corner cutting horizontal knife) and a lower knife (lower circular knife, lining ring, corner cutting circular anvil). The slotting upper knife is fan-shaped, and its blade is divided into sawtooth and crescent shapes. The slotting lower knife is a full circle split shape, and the corner cutting horizontal knife is divided into three types (I-shaped, L-shaped, T-shaped).
