UCUT offers high precision slitter blades for cutting and slitting of lithium battery electrodes. Lithium battery electrode slitter blades are normally worked in pair. Intersection slitting with a bottom blade and a top blade. They are made of sub-fine or super-fine tungsten carbide powders. After powder metallurgic processing and precise machining our blades boast very high precision and a long working life.

1. The outer diameter range of our  knives is 90-130mm, which is specially suitable for all major slitting machines.

2.  The knives have polished sides, which are sharp and cut smoothly.

3. The parallelism tolerance is within 0.002 mm, which is all prerequisites for the best cutting results.
