Our DIN solid carbide circular saw blades are suitable for steel > 1000 N, stainless steel, gray cast iron, aluminum, copper, copper alloy, zinc alloy, inconel, titanium, plastic and GRP/CRP. Our DIN solid carbide circular saw blades are available in diameters ranging from 12 mm to 120 mm. Our solid carbide circular saw blades according to DIN should only be used on stable and low-vibration machines (preferably milling machines). For steel machining, a particularly greasy cooling is recommended. In the case of machining of non-ferrous metals, spray lubrication can also be used. Gray cast iron and plastics can be machined dry.
If this is respected, the cutting speed can be increased up to 4 times compared to HSS DIN circular saw blades.
